Academic Integrity Requirements for Authors of Scientific Conferences
Participation in an international scientific conference requires not only proper formatting of submitted materials but also strict adherence to the principles of academic integrity. This is a mandatory condition for the publication of abstracts or scientific articles in the conference proceedings with an ISBN and DOI.
All submitted materials are checked for compliance with academic standards. Only papers with a minimum originality of 60% are accepted for publication. Any form of plagiarism, duplication, fabrication, or data falsification is strictly prohibited.
1. Accuracy of Data: Ensure the truthfulness of the results obtained. Fabrication or distortion of information in scientific publications is not allowed.
2. Source Referencing: All used materials must be accompanied by proper bibliographic references. This promotes scientific transparency and publication standards.
3. Originality and Uniqueness: Submitted materials must be original. Duplication, self-plagiarism, or the use of other authors’ texts without citation is prohibited. Only abstracts and scientific articles with at least 60% uniqueness will be published in the conference proceedings.
4. Sufficiency of Information: Your abstract or scientific article must clearly describe the objectives, approaches, methods, and results. A complete and coherent structure is essential for scientific value.
5. Novelty and Contribution: The publication should present scientific novelty. Authors are expected to formulate their own conclusions, not merely compile existing data.
6. Ethical Standards: Follow ethical principles throughout the preparation and submission of your materials. Avoid plagiarism, copyright infringement, and unethical citation practices.
7. Quality Control: If you discover an error or inaccuracy in your published work, please notify the editorial team. Shared responsibility for quality is the foundation of trust in the scientific community.
Adhering to academic integrity is not only a requirement but also a foundation of your credibility as a researcher. We value your responsibility and are committed to maintaining high standards in scientific publishing.
