Important Information about International Conferences

  • The remote conferences organized by ISU Conference are officially registered in the database of scientific and technical events of Ukraine UkrISTEI. Certificate №571 June 16, 2025.
  • Scientific conferences approved by ResearchBib and included in the catalog of international conferences on the official Academic Research Index website.
  • The participants’ materials are published in the collection of scientific papers of the interdisciplinary conference, which covers a wide range of topics. Scientific articles are published in collections of scientific articles, which are given unique DOI by Crossref with membership prefix 10.70286.
  • Each collection is assigned an ISBN.
  • The materials of the International conference will be in the public domain under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) and are available for download in the Archive tab.
  • Participation in the international conference is remote, without the need for physical presence. All participants receive a personal certificate, which will certify participation at a scientific conference, indicating at least 0.8 ECTS credits (24 hours) based on the results of self-education. Certificates will be available for download in the Archives tab.
  • Authors can enter information about their work into their own Google Scholar profiles for indexing and citation purposes. Estimated time of indexing is from 1 to 6 months. To speed up and guarantee the indexing of works in Google Scholar, we recommend placing your works in the repositories of your educational institutions.

Requirements for the preparation of abstracts and scientific articles for participation in an international conference

Number of Authors: No more than four per submission.
Length of Scientific Material: Recommended from 2 to 6 pages.
Language of Submission: Ukrainian, English, or other official EU languages (subject to prior approval by the organizing committee).

Requirements for submitting scientific materials

1. Email Subject:
Please indicate the title of the international scientific conference in the subject line.
2. Attachments:
Attach two files to your email:
A file with your scientific materials (abstract or article);
A file with proof of payment of the participation fee.

Participation Fee for the Online Conference

The organizational fee for participation in the international scientific and practical conference is $6 for each scientific materials submitted and issued according to the requirements.
If you need a paper version of the certificate with a wet seal and signature, please contact the email address info@isu-conference.com. The cost of producing such a certificate is not included in the organizational fee and is $2 (per certificate). The cost of delivery is not included and is negotiated separately.
If you need to assign a DOI from Crossref to a separate scientific work, the organizational fee is $4 and can be paid in a single payment together with the organizational fee for publication.
